You have some wonderful beads on this piece. Where do you shop?
How would you add eyes or nipples to your mermaid? Paint them on? I can see why you might want to add them. It would balance out the color in the tail vs. the "blank space" that is the rest of her. Is she a bead you created?
I'd definitely give the mermaid eyes, at least, and nipples. She looks a little evil the way she is, though that might not be a bad thing if that's what you're getting at...
I really like the piece and the plrogress you're making. The colors are wonderful.
At first I agreed with Lois B, but after clicking to enlarge your picture, I think your mermaid is fine the way she is... she seems more earthy, more peaceful, more Buddha-like than she would be with nipples and eyes. And your piece is spectacular!
